ART by Yasmina Reza, Directed by Katherine Albuquerque is coming to The Bank Theatre in Leamington on October 13-15 & October 20-22! This is Katherine's Directorial debut and we are very excited for her! The set build begins this week!
The production stars Dean Valentino, Emma Truswell and Clinton Anderson. This is also Paul Medeiros' Assistant Directorial debut!
Art is about one man, Serge, who buys a painting, and the reactions of his friends, Marc and Yvan, to his purchase. Marc’s response is quite volcanic; for him, Serge’s purchase of the painting threatens to wreck their friendship. Yvan tries to mediate the disaffection between Serge and Marc, often at the cost of redirecting their hostilities at himself.
