Formed in 2019, The Stride are Justin Latam (lead vocals, guitar), Brett Humber (guitar, vocals), James Staley (bass, vocals) and Benny Pallotto (percussion, vocals). For the last 5 years, The Stride have been forging a concept album at Sound Foundry Studios (Kingsville, ON). Their debut album “Justin Latam & The Stride” (2020) and their sophomore release “Stride On” (2024) are available wherever you stream music.
Their new concept album, “Live at The Midnight Marrow” (2026) is set in a dystopian world populated by anthropomorphic dogs. The Stride are re-imagined as a rock n roll band of strays, who are the house band at a dive bar in AlleyTown called “The Midnight Marrow”. This album takes place over the course of their gig. Justin worked with local visual artist Tina Schroeder, who helped bring the visuals of this project to life.
